Cancellation Policy

Please understand that once you have booked your appointment we have reserved an allocated time exclusively for you. 

For injectables, we take a $100 non-refundable deposit when booking which will be deducted from the total of your appointment on the day. We ask that you please give us 48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations of appointments. Cancellation fees will apply if you fail to notify us within this time frame and you will forfeit your deposit to cover this. No show fee is an additional $150 fee automatically deducted from your deposit payment method.

For skin, we take a $50 non-refundable deposit when booking which will be deducted from the total of your appointment on the day. We ask that you please give us 48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations of appointments.

Cancellation fees will apply if you fail to notify us within this time frame and you will forfeit your deposit to cover this. No show feeis $150.

Appointment cancellations or rescheduling within the notification period will retain their deposit redeemable off future bookings.

We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable and there are true unavoidable emergencies and this will be considered on an individual basis.
