Booking Policy

Please understand that once you have booked your appointment we have reserved an allocated time exclusively for you. This also means that this time is no longer available to other clients. All appointments require a NON REFUNDABLE Deposit payable on booking. Deposit is deductible from your treatment on the day of service.

Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in forfeit of your deposit.

If you cancel or reschedule with more then 48 hours notice, your deposit will be held and redeemable for future bookings made within 12 months. Missed appointments without notice will incur an additional $200 fee automatically deducted from your deposit payment method.

I understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable and there are true unavoidable emergencies and this will be considered on an individual basis.
